Responsibilities

Communicate respectfully and clearly with service team
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive overall experience in a fastpaced environment
Support team members in the completion of their duties to ensure satisfaction of all guests before, during, and after service, ensuring seamless level of operations in the restaurant.
Prepare and serve highquality coffee beverages, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of coffeemaking equipment, promptly addressing any issues or malfunctions.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistency in coffee preparation and service.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 of experience as a barista
Indepth knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and latte art.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
Willingness to learn and further improve yourself
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
A positive and collaborative attitude that fosters teamwork and a pleasant work environment.
