    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team. The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and will work closely with HR management in supporting designated geographic regions. This role involves assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment and Onboarding:Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
      Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork completion, and training coordination.
    2. Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
      Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues through investigation, mediation, and conflict resolution techniques.
    3. Performance Management:Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
      Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
    4. Training and Development:Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
      Assist in the development and implementation of employee development initiatives.
    5. HR Administration:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and other HR-related documents.
      Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
    6. Compliance:Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
      Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certification preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in human resources roles, with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
