- Build and calibrate XGBoost / LightGBM models to predict churn days in advance
- Expand the stack toward LTV forecasting (regression) and game recommendations (collaborative filtering)
- Transform raw logs and transactions into meaningful behavioral signals
- (wallet velocity, loss streaks, engagement patterns)
- Implement SHAP values to provide transparent, business-friendly insights
- Deliver "white-box" intelligence rather than black-box models
- Apply unsupervised learning (K-Means, DBSCAN) to uncover hidden player personas
- Python (expert level)
- SQL (advanced)
- Pandas / Polars
- XGBoost / LightGBM / CatBoost (strong focus on tabular data)
- Cloud Data Warehouse, Docker
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science (transactions, logs, behavioral data)
- Background in iGaming, Fintech, or subscription/LTV modeling is a strong plus
