    Roles & Responsibilities

    Our company is mainly on Swimming Pool and water features maintenance work which carries out around Singapore (eg: Condominium, Commerical Building, etc).

    Hence, our company is looking to hire a personnel who is interested and keen to join us as admin assistant which need to carry out the following scope of work:

    Drafting quotations.

    Liaising with suppliers.

    Administrative works.

    Receptionist works.

    Drafting and preparing reports.

    Training will be provided on the job with a supervisor.
