    Roles & Responsibilities

    Operation cum Office Manager (Work Overseas)

    • Working Hours: 6 days / 48hours a week
    • Location: Papua New Guinea (Island near Australia)
    • Salary: up to $3,800

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:


    • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience


    • Diploma or Degree Holder


    • Able to work in a third world environment


    • Familiar with FMCG products

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • The overall in charge of the whole operations of the company including logistics/warehousing & office/admin matters


    • To handle clearance of overseas incoming shipments


    • To manage and control inventory with sound process


    • To supervise & ensure the office systems for stock control, tracking indent orders, invoicing are followed diligently & accurately


    • To manage all staffs working the warehouse, and also the general office staff


    • Liaise with Government Department like Customs, Quarantine, Labour, Manpower recruitment both local & also overseas


    • To plan and supervise all deliveries by trucks and also inter-coastal shipping (in containers)


    • To negotiate best rates for shipping freight, haulage and part for vehicles maintenance, etc


    • To ensure efficient deployment of manpower and oversee the warehouse & office staff


    • Other matter as directed by Management
