receive customer enquiry and send quotation to customer
- send rfq to vender and source price
- prepare quotation in innner system and send quotation to client
- proceed purchaser order in innner system and send po to our vender
- prepare check list and pass to warehouse packer
- check PO items when receive order
- prepare deliver note and pass to operation team
- close order from inner system
- follow up cusotmer for quotation status
- cooperarte with operation and warehouse and finanice and account team to make all documents complete and workflow goes smoothly
- build vender contact for spare part sourcing
- build vender contact information in system
- follow up payment with client
