    Roles & Responsibilities

    Overview: Calling all tax aficionados We're on the hunt for a brilliant Head of Tax who's not just a tax guru but also a master in transfer pricing and international tax matters. If you're passionate about navigating the intricate web of global tax regulations and driving strategic tax initiatives, then this role is tailor-made for you.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Tax Strategy Architect: Develop and execute comprehensive tax strategies, with a sharp focus on transfer pricing and international tax planning, to optimize our clients tax position and minimize risks across multiple jurisdictions.
    2. Transfer Pricing Maestro: Take the reins on all transfer pricing activities, including documentation, analysis, and compliance, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
    3. International Tax Navigator: Navigate the complex landscape of international tax laws and regulations, providing expert guidance on cross-border transactions, structuring, and compliance to maximize tax efficiency and mitigate risks.
    4. Strategic Tax Counsel: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all tax-related matters, offering strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth and mitigate tax exposure.
    5. Risk Management Extraordinaire: Identify and assess tax risks associated with business operations and transactions, developing and implementing robust risk management strategies to safeguard the company's interests.
    6. Cross-Functional Collaborator: Collaborate closely with finance, legal, and other departments to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions and initiatives, fostering a culture of tax compliance and awareness across the organization.
    7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering their development and ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CA, CTA, etc.) preferred.
    • Extensive experience (10+ years) in tax management, with a focus on transfer pricing and international tax matters.
    • In-depth knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and methodologies, as well as international tax laws and principles.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and compliance in a multinational environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex tax issues and provide strategic recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience managing and developing a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
