This position will function as a MS D365 FO (Finance & Operation) ERP Functional Consultant who will be responsible to manage project implementation, post implementation support and presales activities as briefly described below:

[MS D365 FO ERP Implementation:
]

  • Perform requirement analysis
  • System configuration
  • Conduct training
  • Conduct Fit & Gap workshop
  • Prepare test script and conduct UAT
  • Project management
[Customization:
]

  • Prepare functional specifications
  • Perform customization testing
[Customer Support:
]

  • Attend and resolve issues raised by users
  • Presales Responsibilities:
  • Requirement scoping
  • Prepare RFP
  • Conduct demo / POC
  • Assist in proposal
  • Any adhoc duties assigned.
[Pre-sales Responsibilities]

  • Perform Requirement scoping

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in in MS ERP, D365 FO
  • Business knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Accounting
  • Good communication and presentation skills
