Enhance operational procedures and best practices

Contribute to the accomplishment of the company's strategic and operational objectives
Perform quality controls
Coordinate with a team of managers to develop or implement new procedures and policies
Working with doctors and clinic managers to ensure smooth daily operations of the clinics, and to maintain high standards of patient care and service
Liaise with external vendors (e.g. insurance companies)
Assisting and supporting the administrative matters to the Chief Operating Officer
Promoting a strong company culture
Administrative work relating to providing patients with medical services;
Communication with patients and relatives as regards their medical condition;
Dealing with payments/insurance claims with regard to medical services rendered to patients; Instructions and directions given by management from time to time.

Requirements:

Required language(s): English, Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Basic IT knowledge
Ability to manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks at a time
Good problemsolving skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Detailoriented individual
Ability to work in a team as well as individually
No work experience required. Previous experience in healthcare will be an advantage.
