Description
Develop and draft project plans covering budget, resources and timeline for all projects

  • Monitor project execution process and manage a project team to ensure timely implementation and completion of projects
  • Coordinate project activities in all phases from initiation till closure
  • Problemsolve any issues related to project
  • Effective communication and coordinating between project participations
  • Attend site meeting, inspect, monitor and report project progress
  • Submit and update monthly project status
  • Perform other duties or tasks assigned by immediate superior or Project Manager

Requirements:


  • Min Diploma in Engineering or Construction related field
Building Construction Safety Supervisor or equivalent trained

  • Min 23 year of experience in service, commissioning or engineering or related field
  • Familiar with fire protection system (e.g fire alarm panel) will be in advantage
  • Project handling experience will be considered an advantage
  • Problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Team oriented and able to work independently
  • Detailed oriented, multi tasking and able to handle stress
  • Proficient in MS Office & database with analytical skills
  • Proficient in communication and coordination skills
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin
