**Job Overview
Responsible for supporting and developing commercial project activities for account team. Ensuring ASC's value are enhance towards customer through activities performed.

Primary elements are creating necessary framework to assess and improve business performance, developing related process/menu across commercial, supply chain, customer service and support/lead projects till completion.

**Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Participate, drive and lead project across commercial account, including planning, development and fulfillment of project documents, process to ensure successful project implementation and continuation.
  • Build detail project charter, clear project timeline with defined milestones with ASC's and customer's project team.
  • Arrange regular gate reviews, attend and minute such meetings and provide weekly and monthly reporting to RAM.
  • Identify improvements (through Voice of Customer insight); develop and deliver improvement plans, working in association with other ASC stakeholders.
  • Align service levels across ASC plants and across customer affiliates.
  • Develop indicators and drive the business to improve supply performance, cost and working capital together with increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and understand the value chain including customers, consumers and competitive environment.
  • Contribute to the development of ASC Asia Sales Business Development and Operational Strategy.
  • In cooperation with the RAM / Global Account Team, participate to develop / implement Global Value Proposition (GVP), Regional Account Strategy and Regional Account Plan.
  • Understanding the customers buying process with a view to influence same thru ASC's packaging solutions portfolio and capabilities via various routes to market and meeting targets (Global and Regional Account).
  • Identify commercial opportunities (including crossfunctional); propose and implement actions to capture benefits.
  • Maintaining and updating the Price Calculator and ensure all products are priced competitively and in accordance with the contractual agreement. This includes communication and alignment with the Global Account Team.
  • Ensure timely approval of prices both internally and with customer to allow for a seamless invoicing process for ASC affiliates.
  • Work with Global Account Team in aligning pricing, contract and service strategies.
  • Review post mortem of projects to ensure learnings pass thru.

Market Relationship

  • Understand account economics and impact on the organization.
  • Gather and coordinate customer specific market intelligence and report to Business Development Team.
  • Develop strong understanding of competitor capability, activity and strategy.
  • Perform commercial and supply chain analysis of projects and initiatives to identify and capture the best value for ASC and customer.
  • Support Commercial Team with project or product information to prepare commercial offers.

Relationship Management

  • Lead effective communication and coordination between key accounts, local organization, Regional team and RAMS's.
  • Improve VOC by driving internal solutions and customercentric initiatives.
  • Respond to customer requirements and provide / organize support.
  • Coordinate rolling forecast accuracy, lead time, DIFOTIS; respond to key account requirements and provide / organize support.
  • Facilitate, coordinate and steer local customer service teams (OAM, CSM).
  • Support RAM to collaborate with internal stakeholders, detect and build on sources of synergies.
  • Prepare, organize and contribute to regular business review meetings. Participate in project meetings and commercial discussion.
  • Attend ASC crossfunctional team meetings and customer team meetings.
  • Provide meeting minutes and visit reports.

Performance Management

  • Continuous review of performance versus plan monthly performance dashboard to track progress.
  • Analyze customer profitability and commercial leakages on regional level and recommend/followup on improvement actions.
  • Consolidate performance reports for the Account. Provide management with regular status reports on performance vs. Account Plan / Budget.
  • Drive and implement account portal to ensure participation and utilization from ASC's affiliates.
**Job Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree /Pregraduate in Finance/Marketing/Project management or relevant discipline.
  • Good understanding of business processes, including sales, supply chain and customer service.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry would be an advantage.
  • Customer Service or Account management experience beneficial.
  • Ability and experience to work with and manage people.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Fluent English, other regional languages an advantage.
