Work Day : Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm)

Responsibilities:

• To lead & drive all NPI activities within the plant
• To work & liaise with all relevant parties (internal, suppliers, customers, HQ/factory) on the product introduction including packaging
• Knowledge in creating & modifying BOM structure for the assembly process
• Knowledge of SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP maintenance
• Understanding of Server & Rack assembly process
• Involve in rack packaging design
• To lead/participate in Kaizen activities
• To support production on a mass run
• Participate in ISO audits both internally and externally

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good project management skills.
• A keen eye for details
