    Roles and Responsibilities

    Provide support for end user computing requirements and operations

    Responsible for hardware, software, network installation and troubleshooting

    Develop and maintain technical and configuration documentation

    Maintain PABX and end user telephone

    Manage asset lifecycle

    Coordinate with vendors to implement solutions

    Administration of backup, restoration and support disaster recovery as required

    Carry out routine administrative tasks for servers such as backup, data housekeeping, security patches update, creation/deletion of user accounts and audits requirements

    Requirements

    Min 3 years relevant experience in system administration, server deployment, Vmware, Microsoft 365, network configuration and security

    Possess good personal integrity, patient and able to manage user expectation

    Able to work independently, good analytical skill, multi-task and a team player

    Good communication and learning skills

    Good working knowledge in Cisco routers/switches, networking, Vmware, Active Directory, Microsoft OS, SAN Storage
