Roles & ResponsibilitiesLogistics Chain Optimization
• Optimize affiliate logistics chain, including depot operations, transport, and local regulations.
• Participate in strategy projects to identify key potentials, assess alternatives and risks in the logistics chain.
• Propose budget allocations for logistics chain investment projects during long-term plan reviews.
• Develop and improve logistics chain business processes and monitoring tools.
• Organize trainings for regional Supply & Logistics teams based on identified needs.
• Conduct support missions to understand market dynamics and review logistics chain analytics with affiliates.
• Regularly compare actual vs. budget logistics chain costs to identify short and long-term problems and opportunities.
• Monitor cost savings and opportunities in the CAP program for all APME affiliates.
Operations Optimization
• Monitor depot's gain and loss of fuel movement
• Develop and enhance digital tools for aiding in monitoring of affiliate's performance visually.
• Provide updated company operational standards and guide affiliates towards compliance.
• Conduct regular functional audits of affiliate operating sites and monitor the timely and effectiveness closure of critical points.
• Plan and organize trainings for regional Operations teams based on identified needs.
• Provide technical assistance to affiliates regarding operational-related matters identified during audits.
JV Engagement
• Ensure our new JV legal structure are aligned with the group rules and implementation of TotalEnergies standards.
• Anticipate the project development and make sure specific project technical assistance contract are put in place.
New Energy and Sustainability Projects:
• Propose and support solarization projects, including liaison with One Tech for complete phase of project until handover.
• Provide progress report to the region on the energy savings for sites where solar panels where already installed.
• Track & monitor the CO2 emissions for our industrial sites and propose sustainability initiatives to decarbonize supply chain.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or Logistics
• At least 6 years of experience in an Engineering & Logistics in the downstream petroleum industry with knowledge in the supply and depot/plant operations (any of the following products: Fuels, Lubes & Specialties, LPG)
• Experience in optimizing supply & logistics chain planning and execution and reducing complexity
• Ability to quickly adopt to international and multi-cultural working environment
