About Our Client
Our client is a very reputable A1 main contractor.

They provide one-stop business solutions with integrated civil engineering, in-house construction-related business, resource and transportation, production of ready-mixed concrete and asphalt premix.


They are looking for an individual to join them in their growing team, here is your chance to be part of an exciting team geared towards both company and personal success.


Procurement Manager / Assistant Manager


Primarily responsible to manage and oversee all the procurement activities and procedures of the company including vendor management, to ensure that all criteria are met according to the organization requirements and expectations.


  • Handle full spectrum of procurement related activities;
  • Support daily operational purchasing needs for projects sites;
  • Purchases all the necessary materials for the construction sites;
  • Handle material sourcing, price negotiation and order fulfilment and ensure timely delivery;
  • Liaise with project team on material specifications;
  • Manages vendors to ensure efficient procurement of equipment, goods, and services;
  • Continuous improvement to source for most competitive/alternate materials and manage supplier performance;
  • Ensure procurement activities are in compliance with ISO requirements and company policies;
  • Searching for the most costeffective and appropriate materials;
  • Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers;
  • Proactive in formulation, review and implementation of policies, procedures and best practices in procurement functions;
  • Analyse market conditions and price trends for equipment and materials, optimise the external providers base and evaluate potential external providers;
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma in Procurement / Construction or equivalent certificate;
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant working experiences, preferably in construction industry;
  • Proficient in vendor management;
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Resourceful and proactive;
  • Experience in using Acclink will be an advantage;
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment;
  • Working location is at Senoko
