    Senior Scrum Master

    We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead our multi-year Client Lifecycle Management transformation program. This initiative aims to unlock revenue opportunities and support top-line growth for Bank of Singapore.

    The program involves building capabilities across the entire Client Lifecycle Management journey, from Onboarding to Offboarding, catering to both BOS employees and end-clients.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working on large projects and systems within the wealth domain. They should possess a strong understanding of systems utilized for client onboarding and servicing high net worth individuals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversight and management of complex projects, including collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders across BOS and OCBC.
    • Close work with the product owner to establish the product roadmap and act as a liaison between product, technology, business, and governance teams.
    • Leadership of big agile development teams, monitoring progress, and addressing obstacles to ensure successful project completion.

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated success in delivering multiple complex projects, particularly in Wealth Management product and services including client onboarding and customer experience.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working with senior leadership in a large organization.
    • Able to influence decisions and resolve conflicts effectively.
    • Clear vision and understanding of project goals and deliverables, considering the bigger picture.
    • Developing detailed project management plans and tracking critical path items.
    • Experience driving project meetings, stakeholder management, and clearly highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
    • Scheduling and monitoring inter-team dependencies within the project's Scrum of Scrum.
    • Establishing robust project governance frameworks using agile and SDLC methodologies.
    • Anticipating, managing, and resolving issues, risks, dependencies, and impediments impacting project delivery.
    • Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
    • Mentoring product owners in creating and maintaining product backlogs.
    • Expertise in estimation and planning, with ability to create reliable plans for software development projects.
    • Coaching agile practices and mentoring individuals on processes and tools.
    • Motivating and guiding teams towards self-organization, continuous improvement, and cross-functionality.
