Vehicle Attendant - Singapore - BEEBOX EXPRESS PTE. LTD.

Description

We are looking for organized and motivated vehicle attendants to join our team. The vehicle attendants will work together with the drivers as a team to plan delivery routing, check and load the truck, and unloading at customer's premise.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of cargoes.
• Assisting drivers to find delivery locations.
• Effectively communicating with clients and customers to resolve complaints.
• Reporting all delivery-related problems to senior staff.
• Obtaining customers' signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
• Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
