Roles & Responsibilities

· Perform skin analysis and professional facial treatment in accordance with standards set by the company

· Ensure client satisfaction and comfort after each therapy

· Access, educate and recommend clients' daily skincare regime with follow-up calls

· Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness and neatness of workstations

· Maintain cleanliness of equipment before and after procedures

· Provide support for customer care and scheduling of appointments

· Log all client's product or services recommendations accurately

· Building good rapport and establishing good relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals
