    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    • Develop and promote overall corporate sustainability goals as direction for all initiatives, including promoting decision- making based on financial and sustainability goals.
    • Develop and run systems to make reporting and information sharing more efficient, accurate and impactful.
    • Manage the development of sustainability communications internally and externally. Create continual educational resources on sustainability issues.
    • Institutionalize sustainability through documentation and quarterly review of policies.
    • Manage and track corporate sustainability goals and metrics, analyze data and produce regular reports. Run regular audits as information-gathering exercises for content generation.
    • Keep abreast with trends and industry leading best practices in sustainability.
    • Assist on the estate and facilitates management in building / office premises to ensure that it is run in an efficient and effective manner.
    • Monitoring of facilities vendor and term contractors in meeting the terms and conditions of the agreements, guidelines and their services are delivered in a satisfactory manner.
    • Recommend & execute renovation / improvement plans to enhance the building operations, customer satisfaction and engagement.
    • Manage projects for renovation including improvement works, use and allocation of resources and space planning.
    • Engage with stakeholders on space planning and project management including gathering of internal fitting-out requirements, relocation and change management.

    Skill Sets:

    • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Good interpersonal skills, meticulousness, and a strong desire to learn.
    • Knowledgeable and continually curious about current best practices in corporate responsibility, environmental efficiency, sustainability reporting
    • Knowledgeable of Local and International standards such as BCA Green Mark for Data Centre and Buildings, SS564 Green Data Centre, ISO 14001 Environment Management System, etc
    • Strong analytical and project management skills to track progress and reporting
    • Motivated self-starter, resourceful, and independent

    Education / Experience:

    • Degree holder with background in engineering or sustainability, e.g. mechanical, electrical, facilities, estate management or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in estate management & sustainability
