**Purchasing Officer
**_Responsibilities:
- *
- Purchasing & Sourcing Activities including research of the potential vendors
- Order tracking to ensure on time delivery
- Monitor Stock levels daily and place orders as needed
- Records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices need to be updated and maintained accordingly
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Secondary activities shipping (import & export)
- Perform other duties as assigned
- *
- GCE 'O" level or equivalent
- Knowledge of shipping documentation is an added advantage
- Able to work independently and liaise with Suppliers/Shipping/Logistics companies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point
- UBS System knowledge is an added advantage
- Negotiation skills
- Meticulous and possess good communication skills and a positive work attitude
- Preferably able to start work within short notice
