DESIGNATION :
Programme Manager


RESPONSIBILITIES


The Programme Manager primarily develops initiatives and programmes and oversees the daily operations that are congruent with the organisation's goals and the needs of the community.


Management of Operations and Compliance

  • Consolidate status of KPIs to Director periodically
  • Monitor and track programme budget expenditure
  • Closely track programme resources are efficiently and effectively distributed
  • Ensure KPIs will be met and documented within the timeline as per funding agencies' requirement
  • Prepare all service reports

Programme Delivery

  • Propose, plan, execute and evaluate appropriate programmes for community and clients
  • Consolidate and enhance partnerships with relevant agencies
  • Provide evaluation of services
  • Identify service gaps and upcoming trends affecting programme's success
  • Ensure best practices and new methodologies implemented at enhancing programme impact
  • Provide advice on service framework for programme work plans, resource requirement and budgeting
  • Review the alignment and effectiveness of programme

Volunteer Management

  • Consolidate and track the deployment of volunteers
  • Ensure volunteers are activated and involved in whichever relevant programmes
  • Establish and match links for volunteer sources within your programme, e.g. organisations with CSR project
  • Develop and execute volunteer retention plans

Community Engagement

  • Plan initiatives to enhance the quality of care and support provided to the clients and significant others
  • Consolidate and deploy appropriate community resources and services for clients
  • Engage community partners effectively
  • Mobilise community and clients effectively

Supervision of Team

  • Lead and support the team to meet the KPIs and smooth running of the programme
  • Support and supervise staff training and development

Ad-hoc Duties

  • Provide any other support as assigned/required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recognized degree
  • At least 4 year of programme planning experience, preferably at least 2 years in supervision of staff
  • Working experience in social service field would be an advantage
