- 2-5 years of experience in application consulting or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application deployment processes.
- Proficient in configuring and customizing applications, with a focus on user requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in client-facing roles and a customer-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies and programming languages is a plus.
