Responsibilities

  • Initiate and handle sales inquiries with the director
  • Six to eight projects can be handled concurrently at most.
  • Create a design proposal or moodboard based on the requirements provided by the homeowners.
  • Layouts for 2D spatial plans have been developed.
  • Create BQ quotes.
  • For a minimum of five years, construction of condominiums and singlefamily homes.
  • Communicate with vendors clearly so that you can satisfy the client's needs.
  • Make sure the entire onsite project is completed by working with the project manager.
  • Make plans with suppliers to deliver onsite work at the highest possible standard.
  • If necessary, accompany the client when selecting materials, accessories, and furniture from the businesses listed.

Requirements:


  • Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a design related discipline.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
