Job description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate quotes for capital equipment, spare parts, wear parts, and services
- Perform order processing following internal PO/Contract approval procedures; manage order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices using SAP
- Coordinate machine shipments from China and Germany, liaising with freight forwarders and customs to ensure timely delivery
- Manage import/export of spare parts and maintain inventory compliance
- Handle billing and collections, including monitoring accounts receivable and following up on overdue payments
- Update and maintain customer data in SAP and CRM systems
- Manage customer correspondence regarding orders, delivery schedules, and after-sales matters
- Support the planning and execution of customer events
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales administration, order processing, or logistics coordination, preferably within manufacturing or capital equipment industries
- SAP experience is mandatory (order processing, inventory management, generating reports)
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations and international shipping procedures
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
