- Support Head of Advanced Research & Innovation SEA in secretarial tasks including but not limited to calendar management and travel and claims management
- Provide administrative support for both Advanced Research & Innovation SEA and IT & Digitalization including but not limited to management and coordination of purchasing activities, events and meeting organization, and visitor management
- Possesses at least 2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar position
- Strong in verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Concur. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Ability to multitask, work in fast-paced environment, and work independently
