    Roles & Responsibilities

    An exciting opportunity has arrived at The Garcha Group, Singapore's boutique hotel group currently with the following hotels:

    Maxwell Reserve, Autograph Collection Hotel (Marriott);

    Duxton Reserve, Autograph Collection Hotel (Marriott);

    The Vagabond Club, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel (Marriott);

    The Serangoon Club, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel (Marriott).

    Payroll Executive shall be responsible for the processing of the full cycle of payroll computation on a monthly basis. Timely and accurate processing is required to meet the deadline of the closing.

    Payroll Executive reports directly to the Head of Human Resource and able to work independently.

    Payroll Executive will have to liaise with all Sections/Departments to gather the overtime claims and incentive claim for processing.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Verify the attendance of employees accordingly to the roster.

    Verify the claim of overtime hours, night shift allowance and split shift allowance

    Carry out data entry into the payroll software systems

    Prepare the payroll summary to be checked by the Head of HR.

    Download the bank file to be submitted to Finance

    CPF Contribution

    Submission of the foreign workers income tax clearance with Inland Revenue of Singapore.

    Process employee resignation (tax clearance and salary release)

    Compile salary data monthly for Senior Management.

    Any other tasks as assigned by Head of HR
