After sales adviser/Client account service executiveRole description:
This position reports to the director. This job act as an important link between the company and its clients. In this job, you'll be required to understand your client's feedbacks/complains and help with after-sales support to clients.
Specific responsibility:
Individual to be involved in:
1)Presenting products or services to clients.
2)Maintaining close contact with clients and attending regular meetings.
3)
Providing after-sales support to clients:
invoicing, preparing reports
4) handling complaints and resolving any issues that arise.
5)Tracking and coordinating all activities under an account.

Duration of Traineeship/Attachment: 6 months
