Internalisation Program.

As a Business Development Executive, you will undergo specialized training and development as part of this program while contributing to our company's growth in the global market.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the Career Conversion Programme
Internalisation Program to gain knowledge and skills in international business development.
Conduct cold calls and outreach activities to potential clients in international markets, introducing our products/services and generating new leads.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets through market research, networking, and prospecting.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate international markets and achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to tailor products, services, and solutions to meet the needs of international clients.
Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Stay informed about global market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting international business.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics related to international business development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, or related field.
Previous experience in sales, business development, or related roles preferred but not required.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in international business development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crosscultural skills.
Ability to adapt to different cultural norms and business practices.
Selfmotivated, proactive, and adaptable to change.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Commitment to undergo training and development as part of the program.
Availability to travel overseas for business meetings and engagements, as needed.
