  • Internalisation Program.
As a Business Development Executive, you will undergo specialized training and development as part of this program while contributing to our company's growth in the global market.


Responsibilities:


  • Participate in the Career Conversion Programme
  • Internalisation Program to gain knowledge and skills in international business development.
  • Conduct cold calls and outreach activities to potential clients in international markets, introducing our products/services and generating new leads.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate international markets and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to tailor products, services, and solutions to meet the needs of international clients.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Stay informed about global market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting international business.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics related to international business development.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or related roles preferred but not required.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in international business development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crosscultural skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different cultural norms and business practices.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and adaptable to change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Requirements:


  • Must meet the eligibility criteria for the Career Conversion Programme
  • Internalisation Program.
  • Commitment to undergo training and development as part of the program.
  • Availability to travel overseas for business meetings and engagements, as needed.
