Job Purpose:

• Individual contributor assisting the Department in ensuring that sanction checks are complied with under Great American's underwriting standards and delegated authority levels.
• Deliver a high-level service standard to internal team members

Job Description:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Adhere to the sanction check requirements and ensuring that all required checks are conducted with no breach.
• Working with the Head and own Team Leader to establish best practices and processes to ensure that the team meet the company's service standards set.

Underwriting

Assist the Head and work with own Team Leader and members to:

• Prepare underwriting / renewal information
• Ensure that sanction checks are conducted.
• Update and maintain the records, schedules, statistics, etc.
• Stay current on market conditions and to share findings and updates with all members of the team as appropriate.

Channel / Relationship Management / Service Standards:

• Maintain service standards by timely response to internal team requests in addition to meeting deadlines

Others:

• Ensure compliance and no breach in DAL and policies set for self and team.
• Support the CEO, Head and own Team Leader in additional responsibilities assigned, as and when required.
• Assist in special projects when required.
• Ensure compliance to CDP hours
