    Summary of Job Function

    The Talent Development and Management Manager plays a key role in creating and implementing the talent management infrastructure, framework, and strategies to support the organization. This includes the assessment and development of employees through the execution of initiatives and programs. The manager identifies and recommends opportunities to improve and implements an integrated approach to talent management.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and use talent data to understand issues, identify changing trends and make informed decisions aligned to the strategic goals of the business.
  • Design and implement pioneering/enculturation programs and diverse learning solutions that develop and support capability-building.
  • Develop, curate and facilitate training programs and interventions, including program evaluations.
  • Perform analysis and identify metrics/KPIs to track Talent Development, succession planning, learning utilization and other talent and learning development outcomes.
  • Review and drive transformational changes to existing curriculum/initiatives to nurture an empowering, self-directed learning culture for the organization.
  • Foster strong partnership with stakeholders to assess developmental needs and recommend programs for people and leadership development.
  • Manage strategic deployment of courses, learning calendar as well as excellent operational support to the organization as the talent management and learning arm.
  • Monitor, assess and report on training expenditures as well as conduct periodic reviews of talent and learning development policies to drive optimized talent development and management.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in L&D, Training, workforce development, curriculum and policy review.
  • Competence in competency framework development and curation of learning pathways.
  • Equipped with TTT (Train The Trainer) and preferably experience in Leadership training
  • Proven project management and implementation skills; ability to think critically, multitask and manage tight timelines under pressure.
  • Ability to influence professionals of management level.
  • Strong stand-up facilitation ability.
  • Solid sense of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
