- Responsible for Accounts Receivable, record and process all business transactions in the accounting systems
- Maintain accurate financial records and statements
- Perform month-end closing activities and produce management reporting and schedules for submission
- Provide Receipt details from customers to GBS for allocation
- Sending Statement of Account to Customers and Sales team
- Perform Intercompany Receivable reconciliation
- Follow up on Collection of Outstanding invoices from Customers and Intercompany
- Review and assist in setting Customer Credit Term and Limit according to company policy
- Work closing with GBS team on Accounting matter
- Projection of Monthly cash collection.
- Quarterly presentation AR to Operation team.
- Support Operation & Function on any queries
- Follow up on Collection of Outstanding invoices from Customers and Intercompany
- Review and assist in setting Customer Credit Term and Limit according to company policy
- Responsible in preparation of accounting, management, statutory, GST and compliance reporting
- Responsible to internal and external audit preparation, queries & request (corporate tax agents, auditors and related government agencies)
- Assist in Maintenance ,Capitalisation and Verification of Fixed Asset in system including asset tagging
- Maintain proper filing of documentation and records
- Perform other additional or ad-hoc assignments
- Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA Level 2 or equivalent, Degree in Accountancy
- Min 3-5 years' experience in Accounts Receivable role
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Must have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
- Strong team player
- Process good communication and interpersonal skill
- Meticulous, responsible and able to meet timeline
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Well-organized and positive working attitude
- Process oriented
- Knowledge on SAP system will be an advantage
