We're looking for a multi-skilled Operations Lead to roll out an exciting new Experience in Singapore.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the brand from ground up during this exciting period of growth.

Established track record of independently managing events and activations
Managed overwhelming queue, crowd and customer enquiries
Trained guest and performers for a theme park, event or festival
Worked well both individually as well as part of a team
Worked well in a startup or an agile environment
Proven track record of prioritising tasks and managing multiple deadlines

Things you might do at Lucid Experiences:

Responsible for managing staff, including onboarding, planning and deploying manpower, training and maintaining team morale
Manage operations budget, including forecasting, purchasing of onground logistics and tracking expenses
Manage and recruit a team of up to 30 operational staff for the new Experience
Ensure delivery of excellent guest experiences and cleanliness of the space
Create operational handbooks and policies to establish quality control standards
Manage onground feedback from both guest and operational staff
Act as a liaison between the HQ and operational staff, providing regular updates and progress reports
Collaborate with Design team to integrate operational needs into the Experience
