Responsibilities:

Supporting our clients in the successful adoption and utilization of Autodesk BIM software products, providing technical expertise, training, and consultancy services.

Consultation and Needs Assessment:

Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements, challenges, and objectives related to BIM implementation and technology adoption.

Solution Design and Deployment:

Recommend and design tailored Autodesk software solutions to meet clients' project needs and objectives, considering factors such as project scope, budget, and timeline.

Software Installation and Configuration:

Install, configure, and customize Autodesk BIM software products according to clients' specifications, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility with existing systems.

Training and Education:

Conduct onsite or virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate clients on the features, functionalities, and best practices of Autodesk BIM software, empowering them to leverage these tools effectively.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide responsive technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing software-related issues, inquiries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Workflow Optimization:

Collaborate with clients to streamline their BIM workflows, optimize processes, and maximize productivity using Autodesk software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

Stay informed about the latest features, updates, and advancements in Autodesk software products, continuously enhancing technical knowledge and expertise. Perform any other duties assigned as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Proficiency in Autodesk software platforms such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360
:

Understanding of BIM methodologies, standards, and industry protocols.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Demonstrated experience in BIM coordination, implementation, or consultancy, preferably with a focus on Autodesk solutions will be an advantage. Training provided for those without/with lesser experience
