    Position: Account Assistant

    Job Description:

    As an Account Assistant in a Food and Beverage (F&B) establishment, you will support the finance team in managing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your role will involve processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with budget preparation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

    2. Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger.

    3. Prepare and submit invoices and expense reports.

    4. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.

    5. Monitor and track expenses and budget variances.

    6. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

    7. Assist with audits and tax filings.

    8. Maintain vendor and client relationships.

    9. Prepare financial reports and assist with financial analysis.

    10. Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience as an Account Assistant or similar role.

    2. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.

    3. Familiarity with accounting software

    4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    6. Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.

    Skills:

    1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    2. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

    3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    4. Analytical skills to interpret financial data.

    5. Integrity and strong ethical standards.
