Establish and grow from scratch the partnerships ecosystem for Fave Singapore from strategic alignment to commercial establishment and execution and scale up.
Have the opportunity to work directly with the General Manager to come up with strategic partnership opportunities
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop and execute partnership strategies to improve and differentiate Fave products, from payments perspective
Structure and negotiate deals with partners capable of expanding Fave's payment method coverage
Work with teams including Sales, Legal, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and Finance to launch and manage partnership programs, to develop Fave's ecosystem
Grow, manage, strengthen & further diversify (as appropriate) relationships with key payment partners
Experienced & well versed with the payments landscape in SEA, and specific experience in Singapore

**Requirements:
- **- 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic project management, product management or similar roles at a technology company, with at least 5 years in direct partnership role is a must

Strong product instincts and ability to identify opportunities for Fave to leverage partners' existing and indevelopment products, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal Product and Engineering organizations to build the right features for Fave's ecosystem users
An understanding of company strategy and key requirements for scaling Fave offerings through partnerships, especially with a "users first" mentality
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to speak to different constituencies such as business development, product, engineering, and sales internally and externally
Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
MBA degree & consulting background is preferred
