We're Looking for a Floral Artist — Part-Time (Khao Events & Corporate)

At Khao, we believe a great table isn't just about the food. It's about how people gather, connect, and feel in the space. We're looking for a Floral Artist to join our events and corporate arm — someone who understands that flowers aren't just decoration, but part of the storytelling. From media nights to corporate gatherings and bespoke dining experiences, your role is to bring warmth, texture and life to our tablescape settings. If you love working with blooms, understand balance and colour, and know how a well-curated arrangement can change the mood of a space, this might be for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Curating and creating floral arrangements for Khao's tablescape settings across client and corporate events
• Styling florals that complement our food, brand colours and event atmosphere
• Working alongside the Khao team to bring together flowers, table settings and overall event mood
• Selecting blooms thoughtfully — considering seasonality, longevity and visual harmony
• Setting up arrangements on-site and ensuring everything looks event-ready

Who You Are

• Experienced or trained in floral artistry
• Someone who understands blooms, textures and the art of a well-balanced arrangement
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics
• Comfortable working in event environments where things move quickly
• Enjoys creating beautiful spaces where people naturally gather

Working Arrangement

• Part-time, event-based
• Flexible hours depending on event schedules
