As a Quality Control Inspector, you will provide support on quality inspection on machine parts and tools during assemblies and sub-assemblies.

You and your team members will ensure all parts and tools are inspected thoroughly to meets company's expectation.

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for:

Performing parts inspection, assemblies and sub-assemblies to drawings and prints.
Initiating nonconformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications.
Ensuring that manufactured units meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements.
Initiating corrective action requests when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature.
Complying to HSE & Quality policy. Effectively participate in HSE and Quality programs and training as assigned

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have diploma in mechanical or relevant technical education with experience in Quality Inspection on machine parts.
Display a good ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Performing various inspection and testing (e.g. Visual, Dimensional, Hardness Test, CMM, NDT, Shear Test).
Have experience working with metrology hand tools and gauges
Be detailoriented with good written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems
Have permanent work authorization to be able to work in Singapore
