Description
Perform real time monitoring and response- Perform 1st level of troubleshoot to allow resolution of the ticket within contractual duration
- Monitor systems, devices, facilities and infrastructure according to standard procedure
- Perform data backup and tape operations according to the schedule defined
- Assignment of Incident to the resolver party
- Handle adhoc user account creation
