Store Executive - Singapore - One Vogue Pte Ltd
Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage instore repair requests and ensure satisfactory resolution
- Analyze stock discrepancies to minimize losses and achieve store targets
- Maintain inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
- Communicate new arrivals, restocks, sales, and promotions to staff and customers
- Organize and maintain the store, including tagging and pricing products for display and sale
- Train and manage the sales associate team to meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service
- Set direction for the team's performance, motivate team members, and identify areas for improvement
Job Requirements:
- Relevant fashion/accessories background and 23 years of staff management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work at various retail stores in Singapore
- Able to work 5 days per week with 2 days off and 2 shifts AM/PM
- Overtime paid after 44 hours per week
