    Roles & Responsibilities

    ZICO Corporate Services is a dedicated, one-stop service provider of company secretarial services. Our team assists corporations and private investors on an array of dedicated services from formation of legal entities, corporate secretarial services to related consultancy services that are central to all public and private limited companies, branches and representative offices as well as trust and foundations.

    As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic individual seeking a career opportunity with us as Senior Executive or Assistant Manager. You will be part of a team providing company secretarial services to our clients.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Assist Team Manager to manage and perform full spectrum of corporate secretariat tasks pertaining to a portfolio of private companies and public listed companies
    • Preparing resolutions and minutes of meetings (where necessary, for public listed companies)
    • Assist with release of announcements to the SGX- ST (with guidance, when necessary)
    • Provide support to Team Manager and ensure clients' continued compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements
    • Regularly review/update and maintain proper records of clients' KYC/CDD compliance
    • Maintaining proper updates of companies' registers and statutory records
    • Working as a team within the corporate secretarial department to ensure timely progression of workflow, quick turnaround time of clients' deliverables and maintaining high level clients' services.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least an ICSA qualification or is at final stage of completing the CGQP course
    • Candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision on a day-to-day basis.
    • At least 3-4 years' of experience in Corporate Secretarial including familiarity with handling public listed companies corporate secretarial work
    • Good understanding of the Companies Act and willing to learn and gain technical knowledge on SGX-ST rules and other regulatory requirements
    • Good command of English language
    • Meticulous, organized and possess initiative
