Our Client is a rapidly growing logistics company based in Singapore with strong backing from one of the top Supply Chain Management Companies in the world.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive our continued growth.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for creating and implementing a sales strategy, managing a team of sales professionals, and building relationships with key clients.
Reporting to theSingapore Branch Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including setting targets and providing mentorship and training
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and closing deals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay uptodate with industry developments and competitor activity in Singapore and the Southeast Asia region
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting and exceeding targets
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of the logistics industry in Singapore and Southeast Asia is preferred
