About Our Client:

Our Client is a rapidly growing logistics company based in Singapore with strong backing from one of the top Supply Chain Management Companies in the world.

They specialize in providing customized and cost-effective logistics solutions to small and medium-sized businesses in the region.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive our continued growth.

The Head of Sales will be responsible for creating and implementing a sales strategy, managing a team of sales professionals, and building relationships with key clients.

Reporting to the
Singapore Branch Manager, your key responsibilities include:

Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including setting targets and providing mentorship and training
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and closing deals
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed
Stay uptodate with industry developments and competitor activity in Singapore and the Southeast Asia region
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting and exceeding targets
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Knowledge of the logistics industry in Singapore and Southeast Asia is preferred
