Description
Responsibilities
- Handle public complaints and feedback
- Implement public relationship programme
- Prepares the necessary paperwork such as quotations, delivery orders
- Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters where necessary
- Prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints
- Assist other general administrative support.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Customer Services relevant experiences is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask
