Responsibilities

  • Handle public complaints and feedback
  • Implement public relationship programme
  • Prepares the necessary paperwork such as quotations, delivery orders
  • Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters where necessary
  • Prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints
  • Assist other general administrative support.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Customer Services relevant experiences is preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
