Our Asia Pacific HQ based in Singapore is currently looking for a professional to manage and monitor the performance of the Group's investments in the Asia Pacific region.

• To maintain the research database, and initiate or update transaction / rental comparison data or any necessary database on an ongoing and timely basis.
• To perform financial analysis / investment underwriting and prepare approval documentation required for potential acquisitions, to ensure a seamless investment management process. Thereafter, to monitor the assets' performances and be responsible for implementing the asset plan such as stabilizing the assets for income generation, completing asset enhancement works and value optimisation.
• To conduct and prepare relevant market research and reports, including investor relations materials (e.g. monthly newsletter, quarterly reporting etc.) and compliance reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• To conduct and prepare market study reports, progress updates and presentations where required.
• To assist the team in asset management matters including day-to-day operations, managing various service providers to achieve desired outcomes and support investor relation activities whenever needed.
• Other works as assigned by the reporting manager(s) for business operations.

• Degree in Real Estate Investment, Business & Finance or related fields
• Proficiency in investment concepts and property related financial modelling
• Demonstrate good report writing capabilities as well as have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• At least 25 years of relevant working experience; previous exposure to real estate industry, real estate fund or investment related environment across Asia Pacific will be an advantage
• Team player who is able to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision
• Analytical, meticulous and able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to speak and write German will be an added advantage
