- Verify overflight charges invoices
- Investigate discrepancies in charges
- Follow-up on discrepancies in charges with various civil aviation authorities / billing organizations
- Monitor invoicing cycle to ensure timely receipt, verification and payment
- Ensure timely dispatch of payment documents
- Provide support to flight route analysis and operational matters
- Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications
- Aviation/finance/mathematics related field of study will be advantageous, but not essential
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Numerate
- Possesses an eye for detail
- Meticulous in tracking and following up on issues
- Resourceful, IT-literate and highly proficient in the use of MS Excel
- Fast learner, able to work under pressure, performs well in a team
