- Process sales quotation, sales order and purchase order
- Provide pre & post sales services to maintain good working relationship with customers
- Generate necessary forms for all transactions-POs, DOs, Invoices, supporting documents
- Coordinate between Sales and Operation
- Undertake sourcing/purchasing for spare parts and services
- In-charge of office equipment and stationaries
- Submit and archive paperwork systematically
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Other Adhoc duties
