  • Degree in civil/ mechanical/ Electrical or any other project management related fields
  • Minimally 5year experiences in manufacturing environment
  • Experience in local legislations and financial control
  • Proficient in MS Project and AutoCad
  • Possesses good communication skills as you will be working with cross functional teams
  • Proactive and independent

The Job

  • Leads plant CAPEX projects, support of meeting product performance, reliability, cost and project schedule goals.
  • Lead projects from concept phase to close out. Develops, designs, and coordinates projects.
  • Ensure the outcomes are achieved in an effective, timely and costefficient manner while ensuring compliance to Quality, Safety, Environment and local/global legislations.
  • Provides direction to designers/consultants to assure that complete engineering plans will be in conformance with current engineering practices, standards and codes.
  • Manage contracts by identifying selected vendors, establish and development longterm working relation with them.
  • Coordinates the development of project plans and specifications and the solicitation of competitive cost quotations on same.
  • Lead Tender document preparation, running of tender process.
  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects tasks
  • Raise change control, track and close deliverables.
  • Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
  • Lead FAT, IQ, OQ and commissioning site works together with vendor.
  • You may need to overtime or night shift work during FAT, IQ, OQ and commissioning etc. site works.
  • Manage and be responsible for all technical documentation.
  • Prepare and Lead the Project coordination meetings with internal and external parties
  • Be responsible for timely risk management related to projects
  • Supports and participates in employee training sessions and crossfunctional teams.
  • Implements Management of Change for all new asset modifications
  • Provides supervision and mentoring to technical assistants, interns, clerical support, and others, as appropriate.
  • Be able to use independent judgment and work well within a team environment.
  • Manage development and integration of the factory control system (Process & Packaging) in accordance with Corporate Conformance Standards and/or Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) guidelines.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, efficiency enhancement, waste reduction and introduction of new/improved processes/equipment.
  • Manage and control Inbatch recipe management system.
  • Manage and control the manufacturing SAP numbering system for operations control, traceability and process automation in accordance with GMP/GAMP guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Corporate and other plants in technology transfer projects involving new, specialized or improved equipment/procedures.
  • Manage the introduction of new/revised processes into the plant.
  • Interact with other functional managers (Production, Finance, Manufacturing Services, Supply Chain, QA and others) as necessary to assure efficient operations.
  • Responsible for ensuring that EHS is a core value and integrated into the business and operations under your charge.
