- Screen and assess suitability of resumes
- Conduct talent searches through career portals to pro-actively source and identify the right profiles while taking into consideration the requirements of hiring departments
- Proactively engage potential candidates on their candidates' career aspirations to evaluate their fit to the organization and job before surfacing their profiles to hiring managers for review
- Partner internal stakeholders to facilitate interview arrangements for shortlisted candidates
- Support recruitment drives/fairs both within and beyond campus to attract high-quality talents
- Oversee other recruitment-related initiatives e.g. All related procurement process and contracts for career sites and panels of recruitment agencies
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt collation and submission of performance ratings and promotion recommendations
- Prepare materials required for University-wide calibration panels and provide administrative/secretarial support
- Support the implementation of any new performance evaluation framework
- Work with HRIS team on system enhancements, where required
- Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or relevant field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in any Human Resource role, with at least 3 years of experience in Performance Management
- Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders across all levels
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently and within tight deadlines
