Description
Handle general admin works in construction industry- Staff training registration & records updating;
- Update datas, general filing, answering calls, attend to visitors;
- Liaise with other depts on Admin/HR matters.
- Scanning of documents, maintain proper recording and filing
- Manage and liaise the clients regarding the Training & test date for the workers.
- Familiar with submission of government related grant in construction industry.
- Perform other adhoc admin duties
