Description

We are seeking an experienced Core Java Developer wto join our dynamic team supporting global investment bank. The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in Java web frameworks, with a proven track record in enhancements, migrations, and maintaining high-performance applications.

This role involves working with technologies such as Java, Spring Framework, React JS, Oracle databases, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and JIRA. The candidate should also have hands-on experience in migrating applications from Spring to Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codebase.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs in the system.
• Provide support in sprint planning and production planning activities.
• Collaborate closely with different application teams and contribute to various release cycles.
• Manage documentation and paperwork associated with release processes.
• Analyze system requirements and participate in development efforts.
• Offer solutions and input to enhance automation and reduce manual efforts, contributing to system stabilization and improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Java web frameworks.
• Extensive experience in enhancements and migrations.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and React JS.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing robust, scalable applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Hands-on experience in migrating from Spring to Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and JIRA.
