Job Description & Requirements:

Main IT administrative duties:

Ensure all backup schedules are running
Manage and monitor all cybersecurity related infrastructure
Manage endpoint devices using RMM.
Provide IT support to local and overseas users
Work with Global IT on projects and provide local oversite and management of regional initiatives.
Collaborate with Global IT to ensure NPI IT standards and practices are aligned locally and in compliance with ITGC standards.

Daily IT tasks:

Responding to user support requests
On time delivery of ticket / task handling to support KPIs
Monitoring and maintaining network issues
Setting up VPN for users
Managing access to NAS for employees WFH
Managing Remote Desktop Services for local users
Assist with Technology Refreshes (Hardware, Operating System, Patching and Firmware)
Deployment of Application upgrades/ fixes for responsible infrastructure.
Raise Purchase Requisition and work with Global IT for End-User software needs
Asset management of devices
Administer network devices (Routers, Printers and Switches) and IT related equipment

HR-related IT tasks (for new hires):

HR-related IT tasks (for offboarding of terminated employees):

Required Skills:

Knowledge in the following: MS Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Active directory and Group Policies, Hyper-V and Microsoft 36
Strong experience with system management tools, logical file systems, and client/server environments.
Ability to communicate technical issues with nontechnical people in English and Chinese.

Education/Experience:

Ability 5+ years professional systems configuration and maintenance experience, Windows Datacenter environment.
A minimum of 3 years' experience supporting a mission critical IT infrastructure.
Experience with Hyper-V Virtualization
Experience with iSCSI Storage Area Network (SAN) solutions
Experience with cloud storage environments specifically AWS
Experience with Azure VDI environments and Azure AD preferred
Demonstrated initiative, customer service and teamwork competencies
Knowledge of ITGC requirements
Experience with LAN devices and connectivity
General knowledge and experience with network devices (Ethernet, VLANs, TCP/IP, WLANs, etc.)
Experience with ERP systems a plus
SQL and Access databases experience a plus
